returns policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your physical product purchase, you can return your goods for whatever reason, provided we get them back within 14 days after the date of receipt of the order and in perfect original saleable condition in its original packaging and with the original tags. Shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

To request a refund or exchange, please email us at hi@socialclimberssociety.net and indicate your full name, the order number, the product(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.

Once we have accepted the return or exchange, please post the goods back to us within 14 days, including your name and order number inside the parcel. Please note that all items returned to us are at your own risk, therefore we recommend using a recorded postal service.

If approved, your refund (if the goods still have tags, are unworn and in perfect condition) will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days of the day on which you gave us notice of the cancellation.

No refund or exchange will be offered on products that are returned to us incomplete, damaged or soiled. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
